Dr. Merkler received a degree in Microbiology from Rutger's College, New Brunswick campus. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and completed her Pediatric specialty training at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. Dr. Merkler is a member of NJDA and NJPDA. She has two children and resides in Monmouth County.
Dr. Quigley received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology at Villanova University. She then attended New Jersey Dental School where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Dr. Quigley then completed a one year residency in General Dentistry at Jersey Shore University Medical Center (JSUMC) followed by three additional years at New Jersey Dental School where she earned a Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics. Upon completion of her formal education, Dr. Quigley joined the medical and dental staff at JSUMC and currently is the Dental Department's Director of Orthodontics. She volunteers at JSUMC's monthly teaching orthodontics to general practice dental residents. She is a member of many professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists (MASO), and New Jersey Association of Orthodontists (NJAO).
